Hewland Engineering Ratio Chart Help
PRINTING THE RATIO CHART
There are many methods that you can use to print a ratio chart from the system,
the one below is one of the simplest and is tested. It uses Microsoft Word but
the process will be similar with other word processing packages.
1. Once you have displayed the chart on screen right click your mouse
button on the screen and choose the option -'Save Picture As'. Save the
image on your computer as a JPEG (default). The default name for the file will
be a number, you may want to re-name it as something logical to you e.g.
'my_ratiochart.jpg'.
2. Open Microsoft Word.
3. Go to the 'File' »'Page Setup' menu.
4. Set the margins as small as your printer will allow. Set the paper
orientation to 'landscape'.
5. Go to the 'Insert' » 'Picture' » 'From File'
menu and select the JPEG file that you have saved from the web site.
6. You can now print and save the file as required.
