Hewland Engineering Ratio Chart Help
NMT/TE INTEGRAL GEAR LAYSHAFTS
Due to strength considerations some of the TE/NMT second gear ratios have been made integral with the layshaft. The choice of first and second ratio is therfore limited to the combinations that you have available to you. The integral second gear ratios are noted on the ratio chart as INT-2.
When using integral 1st/2nd layshafts the 3rd gear ratio must have a hubbed input, these gears are noted as HUB on the ratio chart. When using integral 1st only all other ratio are standard gears.
